Raised closing costs $1500 after submitting final documents. Of course this was less than 2 business days before scheduled closing.
Sebonic Financial Loan Review
The loan was delayed even though contract was written 3 months prior, excellent credit score. Customer service was terrible and closing was delayed due to lack of responsiveness. Warning- Do not be fooled by their low rates. You will end up paying for it one way or another!
